We are seeking reliable Warehouse Operatives to help our busy team pick, pack and distribute client orders with care and accuracy. Although this is a temporary role the work is ongoing and there are opportunities for progression and even permanent contracts for those showing the right attitude & application. Successful candidates will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse activities with the role including all aspects of warehouse operations such as;

• Stock intake
• Sortation of stock
• Stock management
• Picking stock
• Packing stock
• Shipping and receiving processes

This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with warehouse experience, who are willing to show the right attitude & application, to progress into being a permanent member of the team.
Duties

• Handling products efficiently and safely across the warehouse, including loading and unloading goods from delivery vehicles.
• Operating warehouse machinery in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Managing stock levels using warehouse management systems to ensure accurate inventory records.
• Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch with attention to detail to maintain quality standards.
• Stocking shelves and organising storage areas to optimise space utilisation.
• Conducting quality control checks on incoming and outgoing goods to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Assisting with shipping and receiving tasks, including documentation and label preparation.
• Performing mechanical maintenance or troubleshooting minor issues with equipment when necessary.
• Ensuring the warehouse remains clean, organised, and safe at all times.

Experience

• Proven experience working within a warehouse environment is preferred.
• Attitude & application will be considered equally as important as any previous experience.
• Experience in shipping & receiving, picking & packing, stocking, and quality control processes is highly valued.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems or inventory software could be beneficial.

Prior experience in a warehouse environment would be beneficial for the role but full training will be given to successful applicants.
